Payroll: Single Biggest Line Item

From the NYT:

Pursuing U.S. Aid, G.M. Accepts Need for Drastic Cuts
General Motors said it needed an $18 billion package in loans and lines of credit and that it will cut jobs, factories, brands and executive pay.

I love (read: find it enraging) that "executive pay" is last on the list.

LET THE LITTLE PEOPLE GO...THE EXEC MOTTO AS THEY ARE TRYING TO BUY OUT THE LITTLE GUYS AND LEAVE THEM WITH NO PENSION, ETC.
