A Day Late & A Turkey Leg Short

Usualy on the day of Thanksgiving I get a post up to wish you all a very happy holiday. This year I was so busy cooking and then feasting that it just didn't happen. So, to make it up to you, some pics of the feast:

Here we are at the start of the day, prepping the bird with apricot preserves and kahlua. I have to confess that touching the turkey was one of the most disgusting things I've ever done.
